The good people of Affordable Art Fair asked us to rewrite the hospitality concept for the fair, as they wanted to make the fair experience more complete being a place to enjoy a drink and a bite.
We came up with a food market concept based around food trucks and a central bar with good drinks, quality coffee and quick healthy bites. We also thought about the wellbeing of the participating galleries by the introduction of a delivery-breakfast and lunch service. Pursuant to this advice, we took on the challenge to put the concept into work during the 2015 Amsterdam edition.
